May I pick my site?
We will try our best to accommodate any requests, but only site types can be guaranteed, we do not guarantee site numbers.
May I pay for another reservation?
No, our Park policy requires one reservation per guest. The credit card must match the name on the reservation. This person must be staying in the RV and check in for the reservation with valid photo ID.
How do I check availability?
Availability and Reservations are now available online at www.16springs.com. You may also contact our office at 575-687-3129.
When must I check-out?
Check-out time is 11:00 am. The park does not offer any late checkouts.
When may I check-in?
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm (No Early Check-In)
Are there extra charges for the holidays?
Some holidays are assessed additional charges per night. These rates are added to the nightly rates as determined by the park. See Holidays Schedule.
We have a 14-day cancellation policy. You must cancel or modify your reservation 14 days before your check-in time or you will forfeit your deposit. A $25.00 cancellation/modification fee applies to all bookings. Once checked in, there are “NO REFUNDS.”
What type of fires are allowed?
Each site has a fire pit for wood fires.
Are pets allowed?
A maximum of three pets are allowed per RV site (Including visitors pets, which must be registered). Pets must be leashed at all times. Please keep pets off the empty or occupied sites. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and guest’s pet; there is no such thing as a Poop Fairy. Pets must never be left unattended. Please clean and remove pet food daily, as this will help to prevent ants and outside animals from coming into our park. Barking dogs are not acceptable.
May I sleep in my vehicle?
We do not allow anyone to sleep in their vehicles. You may only sleep in a Manufactured Recreational Vehicle that is DOT approved on an RV site that has Water & Electricity hook-ups. We have NO tent sites.
We accept guest express mail envelopes, and packages while you are a REGISTERED GUEST. We do not forward or hold before arrival or after departure.
